Mango Puff Puffs


 Now this is going to teach you how to make a snack that is a little different from mango.  A dessert.  That's why big and small people will not be reluctant to eat these.  You can make this mango puff with such a small change for your family to eat at tea time in the evening .. it is not difficult to make at all.  Let's see how it works ..


 Ingredients:


 Large mango1


 1 cup of bread flour


 1/3 cup of brown sugar


 Tablespoons of coconut oil2


 Baking powder 1/2 tsp


 1/4 teaspoon of salt


 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg powder


 2 cups powdered sugar


 4 cups of oil for frying



 How to make:


 First you need to take the mango, peel it, cut it into pieces and put it in a blender to blend well.  But do not add water when blending.


 Now take a large bowl and add bread flour, baking powder, mango, brown sugar, 2 tablespoons oil, nutmeg and salt and mix well.


 Then we have to set aside the mixture for about 20 minutes.


 Then put 4 cups of oil in a pan, increase the heat a little and heat the oil.  It should be deep fried in oil, so do not put any oil on it.  Increase or decrease the amount of oil you add to your pan.  Somehow after the oil heats up like this we need to reduce the flame a bit.


 Then take a teaspoon of the mixture and fry in oil until golden brown.


 In this way add 4-5 balls of the mixture at a time and fry.  Do not put too much on one road.  Put on according to the size of the tray.


 Then put the fried balls in a large paper bag and gently shake the cover with some powdered sugar.  Then the sugar will stick well in these balls.  You just have to be more discriminating with the help you render toward other people.
