Coconut Macaroons

 


Ingredients:


 Egg whites1


 1/8 teaspoon of salt


 Milk Made 3/4 cup


 Tablespoon of lightly peeled lemon peel 1 tbsp


 Lemon juice 1/2 tbsp


 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla


 400 grams of grated coconut



 How to make:


 First we need to preheat the oven to 150 C.


 Then take a tray that you can put in the oven and put 2 sheets of greaseproof paper on the inside of it.  That means like 2 floors.


 Now take a large bowl and add egg whites, a pinch of salt and stir for about 2 minutes.


 Then add milk, lemon juice, lemon peel, vanilla and coconut and mix well.  This can be used like a spatula (flat spoon).


 Now add this mixture to the previously beaten egg mixture and mix everything together.


 Then we need a scoop, which means we'm going to share that ice cream spoon!  Something like that.


 Now all you have to do is take one of those scoops out of the previously made mixture, the reason for doing so is that when you take it from such a scoop, a ball-like part of the mixture then comes to the spoon.


 Take the mixture by hand and place it on top of the prepared tray.  Do not overdo it when circling by hand.  It's enough to circle a little by hand.


 Take a little of the mixture in a scoop and place it in the tray, leaving a gap between the two balls.


 OK!  Now the work is pretty much over.  Now put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes.


 That way you can take it out after baking and leave it to dry and you can eat it.
