Ingredients:
2 cups of chopped mushrooms
1 cup of green peas
1 cup of chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
Tablespoons of coconut oil2
Ginger 1 tbsp
Yellow powder 1/2 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tbsp
3/4 teaspoon of salt
Lime juice 1/2 tbsp
Chopped chilli pods1
How to make:
First put some oil in a pan and heat the oil over a low heat.
When the oil heats up, add ginger and turmeric powder and stir a little.
Then add the tomatoes, salt, coriander leaves, ginger and chilli powder and cook until the tomatoes are cooked through. Keep the tomatoes in the pan until they become juicy.
Then add some mushrooms and green peas, reduce heat and cover with a lid and set aside.
It takes about 4 minutes to cook the mushrooms until then.
Turn off the stove when the mushrooms are cooked.
Then add a little lime juice and stir in the raw chillies.
that is all! Here the work is all done. Now you can have a little taste. Before serving, place two or three coriander leaves on top and garnish.
