Homemade Pizza

 


Ingredients:

 Things you need to make pizza bread,


 1 packet of active yeast (about 7g)


 Teaspoons of sugar1


 1 cup of lukewarm water


 2 cups of bread flour


 Spoons of salt 1


 Tablespoon of melted butter or oil



 These are the things you need for topping,


 1 cup of pizza sauce


 1 1/2 cups finely chopped mozzarella cheese


 100 g of fried chicken cut into small pieces


 1/2 cup of finely chopped bell peppers


 1/4 cup chopped onion, slightly larger



 How to make:

 First we make pizza bread,


 First, pour water into a small glass jar, add the sugar and yeast packets and set aside for 10 minutes.


 After 10 minutes, take a large bowl and add the bread flour, salt, oil and yeast mixture.


 Then knead the dough well by hand to form a ball of flour.


 Now spread some flour on the kitchen table and take the flour ball on it and knead the dough well with your hands.


 Then, using a rolling pin or a clean glass bottle, thin the dough into a round shape.  Just make a circle like coconut bread.


 We need to put this pizza in the oven and finally bake it.  So now you can put it in the oven, take a baking tray, spread some butter on it and put the rolled pizza bread on it.  OK!  Now the rest,



 Right now we've going to decorate the pizza, that is, make the topping on top of the pizza bread.


 Now that we have it on our baking tray, we need to spread the pizza sauce on top of the pizza loaf.


 Then spread the mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza sauce.


 Now place the toppings on the pizza loaf and garnish as you like.  That's something like fried chicken and bell peppers.


 OK!  Now we need to bake this pizza.  Now we need to bake this pizza for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 230 degrees Celsius (450 degrees Fahrenheit).  Bake until golden brown.


 It's like after baking, you've spit in your mouth again.  Not in anticipation .. hee hee.  This smells so good.  Don't forget to eat it hot too.
