Ingredients:
450 g mozzarella block 1 (that is, a strip of mozzarella cheese)
2 eggs
Fat free milk 3 tbsp
1/4 cup of bread flour
Normal bread crumbs1

How to make:
First, cut the mozzarella block into 3 x 1/2 inch strips.
