Homemade Sausage


 Ingredients:


 400g of minced chicken


 1/2 cup of very finely chopped bell peppers


 1/4 cup chopped onion into very small squares


 Teaspoons of salt 1


 1/2 teaspoon of pepper


 1 teaspoon of garlic powder


 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder


 1/2 teaspoon of chopped chilies


 1 teaspoon of dry parsley pieces or finely chopped parsley



 How to make:


 First, take a large bowl and mix well all the ingredients you need under the "Ingredients" section.


 Then place a plastic wrap or cellophane sheet on a plate and place about 1/6 of the mixture on top of it like a sausage.  When you look at the photos below you will understand exactly what works.


 Now wrap the plastic wrap tightly around the sausage-shaped mixture about 5 inches long and twist it tightly on both sides.  Now, when it is wrapped like this, it comes in the shape of a sausage.


 Cook the other sausages until the mixture is done.  All 6 can be.


 Now place the prepared sausages in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 6 hours until the sausages rise and take shape.


 That's right!  Now the sausages are done.  Now they can't be eaten like that.  To eat, place the sausages in a baking tray and bake at 375 ° F / 190 ° C for 35–45 minutes until golden brown.  Here you can eat now.


 So you can now add these sausages to a vegetable salad, toasted bread slices, eggs or whatever you like.



 important:


 Adjust the amount of chillies used here to your liking.  Because we used a lot of chilies.  Also, if it is prepared for small children, it is better not to use chillies.
