Simple Chinese Noodles

Today we are making Chinese noodles.  This is not like other Chinese noodles, it is very easy to make.  It can also be repaired quickly.  But there is no shortage of flavors that are made quickly.  The "Chinese noodles" we use to make this you can often find at any supermarket.  This can be used even ordinary noodles without Chinese noodles.  Well then you can't call this "Chinese noodles".

 Ingredients:

 200g of Chinese noodles

4-5 pieces of ginger cut into small slices

1/2 cup of chopped onion leaves (cut into long pieces about the size of a trench)

 Tablespoons of oyster sauce3

 Tablespoons of soy sauce2

 Tablespoons of sesame oil1

 How to make:

First we have to boil the noodles,

The first thing to do when boiling the noodles is to take 4 cups of water and dissolve some salt in it.

Then place the pan on the stove and add the noodles, then add the salted water and bring to a boil.

This will take about 1-2 minutes.  Stir in the noodles from time to time while boiling.

Once the noodles are cooked, drain the water and remove.

 After that,

Now put a pot (if there is a "frying pan" that does not stick to the bottom, it is very good for this purpose) and put oil on it and heat it.  Once the oil is well heated, add the ginger and a pinch of salt and stir with a spoon for about 30 seconds.

Now we need to put the boiled noodles in it, stir it and leave the noodles on the stove on low heat for about 5 minutes.

Then all you have to do is add some soy sauce, sesame oil, some oyster sauce to the noodles and turn off the stove.

that is all!  Here the work is done.  Now it's time to eat.  You can eat this even in the heat.
