Ingredients for Coconut Honey Mixture:

Ingredients for Kiribath:
3 cups of rice (red or white raw rice)

2 cups of condensed coconut milk (skim milk)

How to make coconut honey:
Put some sugar in a pan and caramelize the sugar to make it caramelize.

When the sugar bubbles, add two or three crushed cardamom seeds, a piece of cinnamon and two cups of coconut.
Add a pinch of salt to taste and cook for a few more minutes.
How to make Kiribath:
You can prepare milk rice using a rice cooker, gas stove or wood stove.
Wash and clean 3 cups of rice and cook the rice with 6 cups of water. (In the form of two cups of water per cup of rice)
Now mix two cups of condensed coconut milk with about two teaspoons of salt and add the coconut milk to the cooked rice and grind the rice well.
