Ingredients:
1 cup of basmati rice
3/4 cup of grated carrot
2 cups of water
1/4 cup of roasted cashews
Tablespoons of margarine1
Sliced onion1
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
A little salt
A little pepper
A little chopped coriander leaves
How to make:
First, wash the rice, add a little water, and cook over low heat.
When the water boils, reduce the heat and cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 20 minutes.
This is how you take the roasted cashews in the garden and grind them. You can use a grinder for this.
Then put the margarine in a large saucepan and heat over low heat.
Next, add the chopped onions to the margarine and fry until the onions are golden brown. Don't go for the salt! If that happens you will not be able to eat the rice. This work takes about 10 minutes.
Once the onions are fried, add the ginger and carrots and stir.
Add a pinch of salt to it.
Now reduce the heat a little and cover the pot with a lid and let it boil for about 5 minutes.
Then add some pepper and crushed peanuts to the carrot mixture and mix well.
When all this work is done, it's time to cook the rice. Now we need to take the cooked rice and put it in this carrot mixture and mix everything well.
that is all! Here we are done making the rice! Now it is time to present this. Before sending the rice to the table, you can lift the coriander leaves and if there are any roasted cashew nuts left over, you can top the rice and decorate the rice a little and send it to the table. If there is a taste, quality, aroma and beauty in a food, it is what anyone wants to eat, right?
