Pineapple Fried Rice

 



Ingredients:


 1 1/2 cups of rice


 2 cups of sliced ​​pineapple


 230 g of minced chicken breast


 Grated Carrots3


 Chopped celery leaves (optional)


 Chopped onion1


 Tablespoons of soy sauce2


 2 tablespoons of sesame oil (Sesame oil)


 Tablespoons of butter2


 Juice of a small orange


 1 cup of green peas 1


 A little salt


 1/2 cup of cashews



 How to make:


 First we wash the rice and cook the rice.


 Then boil the chicken well.


 Now heat the butter in a slightly larger pan.


 When the butter is hot, add salt and carrots and cook for about a minute.


 Then add some celery.


 While this is still going on, take another bowl and add sesame oil, soy sauce and orange juice and mix well.  Don't forget to stir this and the vegetables on the stove.


 By now the vegetables are a bit overcooked.  Now we need to add cooked rice and chopped pineapple to it.


 Add the sauce mixture and some orange juice and mix well.


 Add a pinch of salt and stir.


 that is all!  Now the rice is right.  Now all you have to do is top the cashews and make it a little prettier before sending it to the table.  You can do it any way you want.
