Chilli Soya


 Ingredients:

 First we need,


 1 cup of soy meat


 4 cups of water


 1/2 teaspoon of salt


 Tablespoons of yogurt1


 1/2 teaspoon of crushed cloves garlic


 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder


 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder


 1/4 cup of corn flour (corn flour)


 Oil for frying


 We need more,


 Coconut oil 4 tbsp


 Crushed garlic cloves3


 Chopped raw chilli pods1


 2 tablespoons chopped onion


 Chopped onion leaves 4 tbsp


 Chopped fish chili pods1


 Tablespoons of tomato sauce2


 Vinegar 1 tbsp


 Tablespoons of soy sauce1


 Tablespoons of chili sauce1


 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder


 1/4 teaspoon of salt


 We also want to make a mixture of corn flour,


 1 teaspoon of corn flour


 Cups of water d



 How to make:


 First, take a large deep bowl, add 4 cups of water, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and a pinch of water.


 When the water boils, add soy meat and cook for about 10 minutes.


 When the soy meat is boiled, turn off the hot water.  Add a little cold water to the soy meat, strain it and let it soak.


 Now take a large bowl and add ginger, garlic, yoghurt, pepper and chilli powder and mix well.


 Then take the soy water which has been completely removed from the water and add it to the mixture and stir.


 After mixing, add 1/4 cup of corn flour to the soybeans and mix again.


 Then heat some oil and fry the soy.


 Set aside until the soybean oil is slightly removed, then place a small pan (pan) on the stove and heat 4 tbsp oil, add garlic and raw chillies and bring to a boil.


 Then add salt, onion leaves, fish and chilli and bring to a boil.


 Now add soy sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce.  Add a pinch of salt and pepper.


 Put it on the stove for about a minute and add the corn flour mixture.  Put the mixture on the stove until it becomes a thick mixture and then add the fried soy.


 that is all!  Finally you can mix everything well and take it off the stove and eat it.
